"Decent vitamins, but a little disappointing"
I’ve bought from Nature Made a few times and always felt comfortable with their products. The labels are easy to understand and everything seems legit, which I appreciate. That said, I was a bit disappointed that one of the supplements upset my stomach when I took it without food. It was fine once I started taking it with meals, but still kind of a letdown. Shipping was okay too, not especially fast, but nothing terrible.

It’s okay value, I guess, but not really great. For what you get, the prices feel a little high to me.

"Checkout kept glitching and support wasn’t much help"
I tried placing my order a few times, but the checkout page just kept messing up and wouldn’t let me finish. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what was happening. Frustrating experience overall.

I’ve been using these vitamins for a while and most of the time they seem totally fine... but a couple of bottles had a strange smell when I opened them, and the pills looked a bit chalky. Not a dealbreaker for me, but it did make me pause. Overall, they’re still okay... just not always super consistent.

Customer service was okay overall. It took what felt like forever for them to get back to me, which was a little frustrating, but once they finally replied, they did help sort things out

"Labels are easy to read"
I don’t really get why some people make a big deal about the labels, because I found the ingredients easy to spot. Sure, I wish there was a little more detail in a few places, but overall it’s clear enough and I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed.

"Awful taste and way too hard to get down"
I really wanted these to be fine, but the taste is just bad, like I noticed it right away and then couldn’t stop thinking about it. The pills are also way bigger than I expected, so even with a full glass of water I was still gagging trying to swallow them. Maybe they work for some people, but for me it was just a nope. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from naturemade.com again after this.

"Didn’t really notice anything"
I tried it out and didn’t feel much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was underwhelming. I also got the feeling there might be extra fees or charges tucked in somewhere, so I’d definitely read the fine print before buying.

I ordered from naturemade.com thinking it would be quick, but my package basically just sat there for days with no real updates (which is always the part that makes me impatient). The tracking was confusing too and kept changing, so I never really knew when it was actually coming.
It finally showed up later than expected, and the box was beat up when it got here (not exactly reassuring). it wasn’t worth the hassle for me, and I’ll probably just buy it in store next time.
